As a service technician in a challenging and constantly changing maritime sector, you ensure that your customers can safely and without problems use their equipment. You perform inspections onboard ships and check the equipment so that recommendations can be made to the end customer.

In addition to the inspections, you will also support the end customer during maintenance periods of the ships, specifically focused on maintenance and repair of their pumps onboard.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and solving technical problems
• Maintaining and repairing technical equipment, especially (deepwell) pumps
• Communicating with customers and other departments
• Keeping technical documentation and reports up to date

The role of service technician is very diverse and you regularly travel abroad independently.

Therefore, we require:

• Completed MBO education or equivalent experience through work
• experience with technical installations such as pumps, compressors, or other mechanical techniques
• Good communication skills
• Flexible attitude and willingness to travel
